Brazilian Voices: Bossa Nova & Wellness

"Bossa Nova & Wellness" is a 90-minute immersive experience that blends the soothing rhythms of Bossa Nova with holistic Ayurvedic principles. Created by Dr. Anele Manfredini in collaboration with Brazilian Voices, the program is designed to promote relaxation, balance, and self-care in a tranquil environment where music and wellness come together seamlessly.

In addition to a live performance by Brazilian Voices, the experience incorporates singing bowls and therapeutic sound elements that guide participants into deep relaxation. Gentle audience vocal harmonization further enhances a sense of connection, creating a truly restorative and unique journey.

Guests may choose between two experiences. The Yoga Mat Experience offers floor space for a personal mat and is ideal for those who wish to lie down, stretch, or fully unwind. Guests must bring their own mat and will remain on it throughout the session. Please note that space for this option is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, the Seated Experience provides comfortable chair seating, along with optional guided, chair-based movements.

No prior experience is required—simply arrive as you are and immerse yourself in this calming, uplifting experience of music, relaxation, and connection.

AMPLIFY ARTS is a new Broward Center initiative which aims to support and elevate local artists and emerging arts organizations with the goal of helping them reach a wider audience and develop their skills as professional presenters. There will be opportunities for South Florida artists in a wide variety of performing arts genres to bring their talents to Broward Center venues throughout the year. In the 2025/2026 season, the Broward Center’s AMPLIFY ARTS initiative is made possible by Wayne and Lucretia Weiner, Baptist Health and TD Charitable Foundation.
