Brazilian Voices: A Bossa Nova Yoga Experience

Brazilian Voices: A Bossa Nova Yoga Experience blends soothing bossa nova with gentle, yoga-inspired movement in a 90-minute session. Created by Dr. Anele Manfredini, based on Ayurveda, in collaboration with Brazilian Voices, the event promotes relaxation, balance, and self-care in a calm, welcoming space where music and movement meet.

A guided instructor leads simple, accessible movements throughout a live performance by Brazilian Voices, enhanced by singing bowls and therapeutic sounds for deep relaxation. All movements are optional and suitable for all levels, whether in a chair or on a mat.

Choose between the Yoga Mat Experience (floor space; bring your mat) or the Seated Experience (comfortable chair seating with optional movement). No experience needed—just come and enjoy this calming, uplifting journey.

AMPLIFY ARTS is a new Broward Center initiative which aims to support and elevate local artists and emerging arts organizations with the goal of helping them reach a wider audience and develop their skills as professional presenters. There will be opportunities for South Florida artists in a wide variety of performing arts genres to bring their talents to Broward Center venues throughout the year. In the 2025/2026 season, the Broward Center’s AMPLIFY ARTS initiative is made possible by Wayne and Lucretia Weiner, Baptist Health and TD Charitable Foundation.
