Work of Heart: The Happening: A Theatrical Mixtape Volume VIII

There is an Artist in us all, and Work of HeART  takes audiences on a journey of discovery and destiny as we follow four aspiring artists as they navigate fear, grief and self-doubt. A powerful, multidisciplinary performance created through a collaborative process with members of Art Prevails Project, Work of HeArt blends storytelling through music, poetry and dance, while exploring the transformative and healing power of artistic expression. Honest and uplifting, Work of HeART reveals how creativity becomes a pathway to resilience, connection, and freedom. Rooted in love, compassion, and empathy, the performance affirms art as both refuge and release—reminding us that expression has the power to heal individuals and strengthen community.

AMPLIFY ARTS is a new Broward Center initiative which aims to support and elevate local artists and emerging arts organizations with the goal of helping them reach a wider audience and develop their skills as professional presenters. There will be opportunities for South Florida artists in a wide variety of performing arts genres to bring their talents to Broward Center venues throughout the year.
