Miamibloco – From the Streets to the Stage

Miamibloco brings the electrifying spirit of Brazil to life in a vibrant, high-energy celebration of rhythm, culture, and community. From the heartbeat of Carnaval drums to the rich sounds of Afro-Brazilian music and samba, this immersive performance transforms the stage into a colorful journey through Brazil’s musical soul. What began in the streets of Miami comes to the stage in a powerful experience that invites audiences of all ages to feel, move, and connect. Whether you’re discovering samba for the first time or reconnecting with the sounds of home, Miamibloco delivers an unforgettable night filled with joy, energy, and the pulse of Brazil.

AMPLIFY ARTS is a new Broward Center initiative which aims to support and elevate local artists and emerging arts organizations with the goal of helping them reach a wider audience and develop their skills as professional presenters. There will be opportunities for South Florida artists in a wide variety of performing arts genres to bring their talents to Broward Center venues throughout the year. In the 2025/2026 season, the Broward Center’s AMPLIFY ARTS initiative is made possible by Wayne and Lucretia Weiner, Baptist Health and TD Charitable Foundation.
