What is Mobile Ticketing?

Mobile Ticketing gives you access to enter the theater without the need of a physical, paper ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home. You can now use your mobile device to access your Broward Center Account Manager. You will also be able to access Broward Center Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone at www.browardcenter.org select MY ACCOUNT on the top left.

What if I forgot my password?

Click 'Forgot Password?' and enter the email address associated with your account. Check your email to reset your password.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Does my recipient need an account? Yes. If the recipient has an account already, they will be able to receive their tickets through Broward Center Account Manager. If not, the recipient, will need to create a Broward Center Account to accept the tickets. You can create an account at http://am.ticketmaster.com/browardcenter.

What if I forward tickets to the wrong email address?

Can I recall tickets that I have sent? If the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, you can cancel a transfer.

How do I accept tickets that someone has sent me?

Click on the EMAIL received to "Accept" the transfer. Sign in to your Broward Center Account Manager or create a new account.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. Once you select your event, you will be able to swipe left and right through the available tickets.

What if my entire party is not with me when I am ready to enter?

We strongly recommend that you transfer each individual attendee their ticket through Account Manager prior to arriving at the theater.

What if I lose connectivity or cannot connect to my account?

We encourage you to sign into our Broward Center guest WIFI or download your tickets to your smartphone before heading to the theater and store them in the wallet on your smartphone. If your tickets are on a mobile web browser, avoid clearing out your browser history until after the event.

What is the alternative option if my phone breaks, dies, is lost or stolen on day of event or prior to arriving?

You will need to visit the Broward Center AutoNation Box Office on the day of the event. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account and a $2.00 ticket reprint fee will be applied per ticket.

What do I do if I do not have a smartphone?

Please visit Broward Center AutoNation Box Office on the day of the event. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account and a $2.00 ticket print fee will be applied per ticket.
