District Garage
This secure, lighted 950-space parking garage is located directly across the street from the Broward Center at 101 SW 5th Avenue, on the corner of SW 5th Avenue and SW 2nd Street. Please note, this is a public garage and is not exclusive to Broward Center patrons.
Self-pay by meter with credit/debit card or PayByPhone app:
- $10 flat rate per car Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- $15 flat rate per car Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- $15 flat rate per car Saturday and Sunday (all day)
Credit card payment available at select events upon entry at parking attendent booths.
Alternate Parking Options
There are several garages close to the theater. The cost to park in these garages ranges from $5 – $15, pricing subject to change. They accept cash or credit card with the exception of the Broward County Governmental Center Garage which only accepts cash during the day. Also note that change is not provided in either of the two county garages.

Valet Service. We Park It For You!
Valet service is available for most performances at $30 per vehicle. Preferred valet service is limited and costs $45 per vehicle. Valet parking is located at the main entrance of the Broward Center adjacent to the Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office at the top of the ramp.
