A&E DISTRICT GARAGE
This secure, lighted 950-space parking garage is located directly across the street from the Broward Center at 101 SW 5th Avenue, on the corner of SW 5th Avenue and SW 2nd Street. Please note, this is a garage for the community and is not exclusive to Broward Center patrons attending events.
ParkMobile is the exclusive app required for parking at the Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment District Garage. Parking attendants do not collect payment. Parking is monitored and enforced in the garage 24-hours and citations are issued for:
- Unpaid parking
- Back-in parking
$15.00 EVENT PARKING and Saturday-Sunday.
$15.00 flat rate Monday-Friday after 5:30PM.
$3.00 per hour rate Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 5:30PM.
All parking rates subject to added processing fee and sales tax.
Parking fee must be paid once vehicle is parked. We recommend downloading the app and setting up your account in advance to avoid delays. A pay-by-meter is available on the first and second floors of the A&E District Garage.
Advance, prepaid parking at the A&E District Garage is not available at this time.
For those with a Canadian License Plate, please be sure to add a dash in the middle of your postal code digits when entering your payment - Example: M1R-0E9
If you are a Club Level ticket holder, your parking passes are only valid for valet parking.

Alternate Parking Options
There are several garages close to the theater. The cost to park in these alternative locations are set by the individual owners or operators.

Broward County Governmental Center Garage - 151 SW 2nd Street
County II Parking Lot - 80 SW 1st Avenue
Riverwalk Center Garage - 150 SE 2nd Street
Valet Service. We Park It For You!
Valet service is available for most performances at $30 per vehicle. Preferred valet service is limited and costs $45 per vehicle. Valet parking is located at the main entrance of the Broward Center adjacent to the Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office at the top of the ramp.
The Miami-Fort Lauderdale Lexus Dealer Association is Broward Center’s Official Automotive Partner, offering complimentary Valet parking exclusively for Lexus drivers during Broadway in Fort Lauderdale shows in the 2026/2027 Season.
Rideshare or Taxi
For a truly stress-free experience, you may consider taking a Yellow Cab Broward, Lyft or Uber to the Broward Center. A newly designated RideShare drop-off and pick-up location has been established at Esplanade Circle (SW 2nd Street and SW 4th Avenue), just east of the Broward Center. Please note that drivers will not be allowed on the valet drive for any passengers other than those requiring an accessible drop-off and pick-up location.
