Steeped in both the Celtic and American folk music traditions, Máiréad and the trio puts a fresh, contemporary spin on traditional acoustic music. Opener: Ade Peever
Ade Peever first appeared as a songwriting competition finalist on the BBC in 1980. A regular fixture in South Florida since his first appearances on Michael Stock’s radio and TV shows in the late 1980s, Ade has enjoyed residencies at such storied local haunts as Churchill’s Hideaway and Tobacco Road. His 2006 album of original songs Green Man Said, still available on all major streaming platforms, featured almost 30 of his peers, and in 2027 he’ll have been performing weekly at The Field Irish Pub in Dania Beach for 20 years.
