ABOUT THE ROAD TO RECOVERY
Broward Center is on the Road to Recovery. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Center has faced considerable challenges including the loss of 90% of its revenues after the theaters closed in March 2020. While the theaters are dark, the Center continues to bring new experiences in engagement and education to our community –providing programming online for students, connecting with patrons through virtual events and outdoor performances and slowly introducing a limited number of safe on-campus activities. Until audiences can fully return to the theaters, the Broward Center relies on contributions to sustain its operations. Funds raised by the 50-50 Raffle will help offset the losses and provide support for the Center while it prepares to reopen the theaters.
ABOUT THE BROWARD PERFORMING ARTS FOUNDATION
