Slow Burn Theatre Co: Kinky Boots

Based on a true story, this heartwarming story tells of Charlie, a factory owner who has reluctantly inherited his father's shoe factor and is struggling to save the family business, and finds inspiration in Lola, a fabulous entertainer in need of some sturdy stilettos. Lola turns out to be the one person who can help Charlie become the man that he is meant to be. The two have nothing in common, but with a little compassion and a lot of understanding, this unlikely duo learns to embrace their differences and discovers that when you change your mind about someone, you can change your whole world.
