With the best interests of the South Florida community in mind, the following classes at the Rose Miniaci Arts Education Center will be postponed or cancelled effective Monday, March 16, 2020.  In an abundance of caution, we are following the lead of Broward County Public Schools as they have canceled after school programs starting on this date.

Please note the following:

  • Classes will continue as planned on Friday, March 13, 2020 and Saturday, March 14, 2020 with one exception:
  • The Spring Spectacular show is cancelled on March 15, 2020.
  • The following classes are cancelled beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, as we enter our final week of the semester:
    • Adult Acting
    • Adult Acting: Scene Study
    • Adult Acting: Try It!
    • Adult Broadway Dance
    • Adult Comedy Improv
    • Adult Comedy Improv: Next Level
    • Adult Singing: Advanced
    • Adult Singing: Beginner
    • Adult Song & Dance
    • Becoming An Actor
    • Dramatic Play: Under the Big Top
    • Musical Theater Experience: The Broadway Season
    • Special Stars
  • The following classes are on “pause”. We will provide additional information as it becomes available with the hopes we can reschedule the rehearsals and performances for a later date:
    • Advanced Musical Theater: Something Rotten! JR.
    • Let's Put on a Show! 101 Dalmatians KIDS (WEDNESDAY)
    • Let's Put on a Show! 101 Dalmatians KIDS (THURSDAY)
    • Teen Spring Musical: A Chorus Line
    • Youth Spring Musical: Legally Blonde Jr. (grades 8-12)
    • Youth Spring Musical: Legally Blonde Jr. (grades 4-7)
  • Spring Break Theater Camp March 23-27 is cancelled.

Participants in classes in the Rose Miniaci Arts Education Center will receive information directly from the Registrar regarding individual classes.
