Celebrating over 40 years of great entertainment, this legendary theater is perfect for concerts, theatre, comedy and dance. With over 1100 seats, it has the feel of a major hall but with less of the overhead.

Capacity
Base Rent
Base Rent includes load-in on the same day and single performance or event lasting no longer than 3.5 hours. Additional hourly rates apply if the performance exceeds 3.5 hours. For multiple performances on the same day, the rent increases by an amount equal to 50% of the base rent for each additional performance.
